Camp Registration:

Registration Deadline:

Ages:  9 through 18 yrs.

Cost:  Early Registration - $165.00.  After July 6, 2009 - $185.00.  Fee includes camp session, housing and use of camp facilities, three meals per day, camp t-shirt, and emergency medical insurance.  Transportation to camp is NOT included.  Each camper (or church group) must provide their own transportation.  (Those registering after July 6, 2009, will not receive a t-shirt.)  Shortly after registration is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your camp info included. 

 

NOTE:  ENTIRE camp fee is due BY registration deadline. 

 

Canteen:  Snacks and soft drinks may be purchased at the canteen each day.  Craft items are also available.  $15.00 is a suggested amount. 

Deposit:  An $80.00 deposit is required with each registration form, although the entire camp fee may be sent.  Deposits are NOT refundable after July 6, 2009.  Balance must be paid by deadline!  Entire camp fee is due by registration deadline.  Balance must be paid before coming to camp.

What to bring:  Bible, pen or pencil, clothes for outdoor activities, personal items (towel, soaps, shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant), bed linen or sleeping bag, swim suit, ball glove and flashlight.

What NOT to bring:  Electronic devises (cell phones, I-Pods, CD players), weapons, tobacco products of any kind, water balloons, or inappropriate clothing (short shorts, halter tops, etc.).

    Additional Information: 

    Each camper is placed in a cabin according to age and grouped with other campers of the same age group and gender.  Cabin assignments are made prior to arriving at camp and changes are NOT possible after the camp deadline.

     

    Arrive Sunday, July 18th, between 3-5 p.m. in the new Pavilion for registration and cabin assignments.  We encourage all campers to arrive no earlier or later than the scheduled time in order to allow registration to run smoothly.  No campers will be allowed to enter any cabins before 3:00 p.m. 

     

    Check-out will be Saturday July 24th, between 9:00am-10:00am.  Campers will only be allowed to leave with the noted adult on their application only after their cabin has been cleared.
